Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in large-scale DSP production, Proven hands-on experience in large-scale biotechnological manufacturing environments, experience working in GMP-regulated manufacturing settings, Very good command of English (written and spoken), Solid understanding of business processes and production-related operational workflows, Demonstrated leadership capability with people management, communication, and team-oriented skills, Structured, well-organized, and solution-oriented working style
