Worum es in dieser Rolle wirklich geht: Als Teamlead Customer Success (w/m/d) bist du die operative Speerspitze eines unserer Customer Success Teams. Du übersetzt die strategischen Leitlinien in messbare Exzellenz am Kunden, übernimmst dabei die Verantwortung für einen zentralen Bereich unserer Customer Success Organisation und führst ein Team von acht bis neun Customer Success Managern und Spezialisten. Dein Fokus liegt nicht nur darauf, dass Kunden den maximalen Mehrwert aus unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen ziehen - sondern auch darauf, dass dein Team jeden Tag besser wird. Du schaffst die Voraussetzungen für hohe Kundenzufriedenheit, langfristige Kundenbindung und nachhaltiges Wachstum im Bestandskundengeschäft. Du verantwortest die operative Absicherung unserer Churn-Ziele, treibst Revenue Retention sowie die Renewals nach oben und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden den maximalen ROI aus unseren Produkten ziehen.
