What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Operations, or a comparable customer-oriented function in a scaled B2B SaaS, Digital, or Marketplace environment. Previous leadership experience with responsibility for teams in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally both functional and disciplinary. Strong communication skills, proven success in customer retention, churn prevention, and customer development. Experience in managing renewal processes and customer portfolios. High analytical competence and experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and data-driven KPIs. Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

Ideally, disciplinary leadership experience. Experience in transforming team culture through consistent coaching.
