Your Impact At 7NXT Health Group (Gymondo, 7Mind, BuddyFit, Preneo), we are building a Creative Engine that connects insights, creativity and performance — shaping how millions of people discover and integrate healthy routines into their everyday lives. As Teamlead Creative (m/f/d) , you are the strategic lead of a cross-brand creative team — and someone who stays hands-on, close to the work and the output. You lead a team of 3 Designers and 1 Creative Strategist, driving the creative output across the 7NXT Group. You ensure our communication doesn't just resonate, but converts — owning the full creative funnel experience: from the first ad impression to the landing page, through the app onboarding flow and beyond. You decide which messages, formats and narratives scale, and set the standard for how we grow our brands across the portfolio. Your Mission You want to do more than keep things running — you want to build something. Here's your space to do exactly that: Lead, develop and upskill your team — bringing them to the next level of AI literacy, creative automation and strategic thinking Identify and implement automation opportunities that simplify and accelerate design workflows across the team Own and maintain Brand Guidelines across our 7NXT portfolio , including creative oversight for TV spots during High Season Translate audience insights, platform data and behavioural psychology into scalable creative strategies Build frameworks for angles, hooks, narratives and testing structures Shape and align the Creative Testing Roadmaps in close collaboration with Marketing Channel Owners Build and continuously evolve a central Creative Insights Playbook for the full brand portfolio Develop B2C & B2B communication across the 7NXT Group Use AI purposefully to accelerate ideation, exploration and creative variant development Coordinate and write clear, strategic briefs for Design and Video production Own and optimise the end-to-end creative funnel — ensuring message con
