Must Have
Master’s in business administration (MBA) - Finance, Good understanding of Global Capital Markets, Experience in Static Data process
Nice to Have
Tertiary qualification in business/commerce/Finance preferred
What You'll Do.
Add and maintain client information
Update client bank details
Set up Standard Settlement Instructions
Confirm payments are complete
Drive processing of high volume client requests
Drive development of policies and procedures
Implement policies and procedures
Review policies and procedures
Address business issues
Generate new opportunities
Maintain connect with LOB partners
Handle issues and escalations independently
Set up SSI as per database
Confirm request completion within Turn Around Time
Perform self-review of data
Ensure secondary review is performed
Work on projects for set-up of new clients
Follow all established procedures
Create improvements in business processes
Contribute ideas for improvements
Implement agreed changes
Perform all tasks following company policy
Understand Business Continuity Management
Work accurately under pressure
Work efficiently under pressure
