What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma or Graduation in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, 2–4 years of relevant experience in engineering maintenance, equipment operation, or related technical roles, Engineering drawings interpretation and technical documentation, Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and equipment maintenance, Vendor communication and coordination, Automation systems basics and design codes knowledge, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Lean Methodologies, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, Operational Excellence commitment, Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, Collaborative team player with interpersonal skills, Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proactive communication, Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, Resilience and flexibility in dynamic environments, Hands-on experience in Instrumentation Engineering Maintenance within an Injectable line, Exposure to equipment operation and maintenance in both Packing and Process areas, Practical working experience on critical equipment such as: Autoclave Terminal Sterilizer Ampoule Filling Line
Nice to Have
SAP familiarity, Experience with automation systems (PLC, SCADA, or DCS platforms) in manufacturing environments, Familiarity with cGMP, regulatory compliance standards, and batch control systems
What You'll Do.

Assist in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment faults
Participate in the maintenance and operation of plant equipment
Maintain accurate technical documentation
and maintenance records
Support the implementation of lean practices
Monitor equipment performance
Contribute to small project modifications and equipment upgrades
Maintain housekeeping standards in utility areas
Ensure availability of critical spare parts while optimizing inventory
