Team Management & Leadership** Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of medical coders to achieve accuracy, productivity, and quality targets. Plan, allocate, and monitor daily workflow to ensure timely completion of coding assignments. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching for skill development. Manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive and high-performance work environment. **2\. Coding Quality & Compliance** Ensure adherence to client guidelines, CMS regulations, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
