**Team Manager Document Preparation** * Drive performance, risk excellence and continuous improvement across a core Commercial Lending documentation function * 12 Month Secondment / Contract Opportunity * Location: Sydney, NSW **Do Work That Matters** CommBank’s Business Banking Operations (BBO) team is looking for a Manager to join and lead our Commercial and Business Lending Operations Documentation team which operates within CommBank’s Chief Operations Office. BBO is responsible for the fulfilment, settlement and servicing of Commercial Lending products Including Business Lending, Merchant Facilities, Bank Guarantees, CommBiz and Audit Certificates for CBA. We support our Business Banking colleagues and all other segments in delivering exceptional service to a wide range of customers including small businesses, franchises and large-scale corporate customers. **The Role** We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Commercial Document Preparation team. Our Document Preparation are responsible for the preparation and disbursal of Commercial Loan applications on behalf of our Commercial and Business Banking customers. As a manager, you will possess demonstrated experience managing operational teams, driving performance and operational measures of success, whilst maintaining a strong culture and resource level across your teams. This role will lead a team of approximately 16 FTE and is based in Sydney. **Your Responsibilities** You will be required to lead from the front and motivate your team to achieve their best, whilst providing strong coaching and promoting development opportunities. You will also be responsible for: * Leading a team to drive customer outcomes that are right first time and within the agreed timeframes * Leading the day to day running of the team by monitoring and analysing team performance and workflows, utilising standardised systems and reporting * Identifying, driving and delivering continuous improvement and efficiency enhancements
