This role is also responsible for supporting company growth by ensuring proper level of resourcing, proper level of knowledge within teams and by improving client service experience. **What this job involves:** * **Employee Lifecycle Management** – recruitment, development, salary reviews, promotions, regular feedback, and team coaching. * **Competency Development and Knowledge Management** – creating development plans, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team, and monitoring and developing team skillsets. * **Operational and Resource Management** – KPI analysis, resource planning, workload management, and ensuring timely service delivery in accordance with policies and regulations. * **Communication and Collaboration** – ensuring effective communication between JBS teams and EMEA Corporate Solutions, building trust, and strong focus on client relationship management. * **Risk Management and Initiatives** – proactively creating action plans, minimizing escalation risks based on client feedback, and supporting JLL project initiatives. **Sound like you?
