What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, 4–7 years of experience in a CAD specialist or similar role, Proficiency in CAD/PDM tools (e. g. SolidWorks, SW-PDM) and CAD/PLM systems (e. g. Creo, Windchill), Experience in engineering support, development operations, or technical coordination, Good understanding of engineering systems, product development processes, and technical documentation, Ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex technical information, Comfortable working in cross-functional and international environments, Professional proficiency in spoken and written English, Coordination and stakeholder management skills, A structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, High motivation to drive success both individually and as part of a team, A service-minded attitude with problem-solving skills, A proactive, reliable mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, The ability to balance hands-on support with leadership responsibilities, Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Certification in CAD/PDM/PLM tools, Experience mentoring, coaching, or coordinating team activities (candidates without formal leadership titles but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply)
What You'll Do.
