This isn’t just about managing a team, it’s about shaping how we show up to the market! You’ll lead, coach and elevate a group of high-performing TRMs, helping them deliver standout service, deepen adviser relationships and ultimately drive growth across the region. You’ll sit at the intersection of leadership, strategy and relationship management, partnering closely with our Sales Leadership Group, influencing direction, and playing a key role in strengthening Netwealth’s position in the market. And yes, you’ll still stay close to the action.
