Team Leader Seller Development We are looking for a Team Leader Seller Development to coordinate and support a dynamic team dedicated to helping partner businesses succeed on our Marketplace platform. This role brings together team leadership, partner support, and strategic oversight to ensure success for both the team and our Marketplace partners. What you’ll have to do: Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality results; Define tasks, allocate responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met across the team; Continuously assess growth opportunities for Marketplace partners and lead projects that drive their sustainable development on the platform; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and provide actionable feedback to team members; Develop and implement projects and initiatives that help partners grow within the platform; Contribute to defining the seller growth strategy and setting team priorities; Optimize internal processes in line with partner needs and company objectives; Stay updated on competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain and grow competitive advantage; Build and maintain strong professional relationships and a quality network to position the business div
