Must Have
5+ years printing team leader experience, Lead high-quality large-format graphics signage branding materials events exhibitions activations, Proven ability to lead a team, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Hands-on problem-solving ability, Work in workshop environment, Work evenings weekends holidays, Work on site, Lifting, Standing for long periods
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge ERP systems, Basic knowledge inventory software, Microsoft Office Excel for reporting
What You'll Do.
Motivate workshop team
Provide training to staff
Ensure adherence to SOPs
Run daily toolbox talks
Run daily stand-up meetings
Interpret technical drawings
Interpret CAD drawings
Interpret design briefs
Coordinate workshop workflow
Operate large format inkjet printers
Operate UV flatbed printers
Operate vinyl plotters
Prepare machines for operations
Verify job specifications
Monitor printing processes
Ensure color consistency
Maintain high-speed production
Perform post-print finishing tasks
Assist in post-print finishing tasks
Enforce health and safety rules
Maintain orderly workspace
Perform quality checks
Identify imperfections
Correct imperfections
Perform daily maintenance on equipment
Perform weekly maintenance on equipment
Perform monthly maintenance on equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical issues
Coordinate service technicians for repairs
Maintain clean work environment
Maintain safe work environment
Manage raw materials inventory
Coordinate with purchasing
Ensure equipment is maintained
