What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Confident in supervising teams, managing workloads, and working collaboratively with stakeholders. A focus on health & safety, quality, and team development is key, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a dynamic production setting.
Nice to Have
ILM Level 3 Certificate or above (or willing to achieve). IOSH Managing Safely or above (or willing to achieve). Knowledge of coach and bus manufacturing processes.
