Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, 10+ years of experience in networking, systems engineering, solution architecture, or related technical customer-facing roles, Deep expertise in data center networking, routing, switching, overlays (VXLAN/EVPN), AI networking, cloud networking, and network architecture design, experience supporting pre-sales engagements including technical discovery, architecture design, proof-of-concepts, and RFP/RFQ responses, Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive-level audiences, Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services organizations, customer engagement and consultative problem-solving capabilities
Nice to Have
Prior experience leading or mentoring Systems Engineering teams 5+ years preferred, Advanced industry certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, ACE-5/6/7, or equivalent, Experience with network automation and orchestration tools such as Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies, Familiarity with telemetry, observability, network analytics, and automation platforms, Experience supporting AI infrastructure, hyperscale cloud, or large-scale enterprise data center environments, Native Mandarin and business English communication skills are strongly preferred
