12-15+ years industrial Experience, Electrical Engineering experience, Skid-based modules design experience, Energy industries experience, Graduate/Postgraduate –Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Good knowledge of engineering codes & standards, Practical experience with module engineering & design, Good understanding of engineering tools, MS Office proficiency, MS Project or any other project management tool proficiency, Good written and spoken English, Leadership and management skills, Project management skills, Business understanding, Strategic overview, Good communication and networking skills, Cross-cultural awareness, Open and globalized mind-set, Organized and structured approach, Team player, Responsible for others, Cost-consciousness, Able to motivate and commit other people, Has authority, Makes decisions, Meet goals, Helps others meet goals, Service and customer orientation, Driven by daily work, Delivering high-quality engineering solutions
