experience of managing a team before, Preferably to be able to converse in multilanguage/ dialects
What You'll Do.
Achieve assigned deposit growth and fee-based income target
Cross-sell Enterprise Banking wealth solution
Generate sustainable and quality inflow of potential leads
Achieve assigned region target and expectation
Manage sales processes to ensure compliance
Provide support to other Departments/Divisions
Ensure timely submission of sales performance report
Maintain high compliance and sales discipline
Conduct regular visits and meetings with top customers
Attend to all customer-related feedback
