5+ years carpentry scenic construction, 5+ years exhibit fabrication, 5+ years high-paced workshop environment, Proven ability to lead a team, Proficiency in reading technical drawings, Experience with woodworking, Experience with scenic painting, Hands-on problem-solving ability
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of ERP systems, Basic knowledge of inventory software, Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
What You'll Do.
Motivate workshop team
Provide training to staff
Run daily toolbox talks
Repair exhibit stands
Modify exhibit stands
Apply high-quality finishes
Operate shop equipment
Maintain shop equipment
Pack items for transport
Assist with on-site installation
Coordinate workshop workflow
Support on-site installation
Lead on-site installation
Enforce health and safety rules
Maintain orderly workspace
Inspect finished products
Resolve technical fabrication issues
Manage raw materials inventory
Coordinate with purchasing
