Must be able to drive manual transmission, Ability to maintain stability, dependability and professionalism when faced with changing and difficult situations, Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures, Regularly required to talk or hear, Frequently required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, May be required to walk, Handle or feel objects, Reach with hands, Climb balance, Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Close vision, Distance vision, Color vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception, Ability to adjust focus, Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, Up to 50 pounds of force frequently, Up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects, Majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods of time, Subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather, Travel of up to 5% may be required

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record, Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen, One to two (1-2) years of related experience and/or OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience, Knowledge of GSA procedures, Must be able to drive manual transmission, Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines, Demonstrated work ethic, drive, energy, and persistence to achieve goals, Ability to maintain stability, dependability and professionalism when faced with changing and difficult situations, Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and various technology and point-of-sale applications, Written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization, Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures, Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English language., Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications, Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications including reports, memos, letters, and e-mails

What You'll Do.

Ensure guest/patient service experience is delivered

Allocate labor resources

Understand client service standards

Handle guest/patient complaints

Maintain knowledge of client facility

Deliver Aggressive Hospitality

Address guest/patients

Open vehicle and hotel doors

Check in guest/patients

Explain vehicle parking procedures

Park and retrieve vehicles

Use proper phone etiquette

Conduct room presentation

Assist with delivery/pickup

Assist guest/patients with directions

Appoint associates to roles

Engage in hiring processes

Foster environment that retains associates

Share associate feedback

Orient new associates

Provide on-the-job training

Recognize great performance

Ensure shift huddles happen
