What You'll Do.
Lead installation technicians
Study installation drawings
Oversee assembly and installation
Participate in installation
Manage on-site timelines
Coordinate parallel workstreams
Adjust task allocation
Enforce site safety protocols
Conduct toolbox talks
Manage permit-to-work processes
Ensure PPE compliance
Act as primary on-site contact
Escalate issues proactively
Lead derig of installations
Ensure assets are accounted for
Identify installation snags
Document installation snags
Resolve installation snags
Escalate structural issues
Escalate design issues
Manage vehicle loading sequences
Manage unloading sequences
Manage site access scheduling
Coordinate with logistics teams
