What You'll Do.
support and report to the Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the operation
ensuring that all KPIs and departmental objectives are consistently achieved
managing reports on dispatched orders and orders pending dispatch
ensuring all customer deliveries are sent out on time
promptly addressed any internal service issues within the team
Managing the packing process for all customer deliveries
ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Overseeing the tasks assigned to warehouse operatives
ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with departmental procedures
Investigating customer service complaints
escalating matters when necessary
Providing support to the Delivery Services team as required
