Full Job Description
Our distribution team are currently looking for a Team Leader to support the Distribution function within our Knightsbridge store. **About The Role** In this role within the Distribution department, you will support and report to the Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the operation, ensuring that all KPIs and departmental objectives are consistently achieved. You will be responsible for managing reports on dispatched orders and orders pending dispatch, ensuring all customer deliveries are sent out on time and that any internal service issues are promptly addressed within the team. Your responsibilities will also include: * Managing the packing process for all customer deliveries and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. * Overseeing the tasks assigned to warehouse operatives and ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with departmental procedures. * Investigating customer service complaints and escalating matters when necessary. * Providing support to the Delivery Services team as required.
