Here, you don’t just stay at the forefront of the industry – you can make a difference too._ * To meet the assigned regional KPIs and wealth targets (NII & NFI) through proactive and consistent sales activities including NTB acquisition, ETB farming and cross selling, etc. * Responsible for the growth in deposits and fee-based income (wealth solutions) for the assigned Enterprise Banking Division high value non-borrowing business customers. * Increased the customer stickiness and product holding by aggressively cross-selling wealth solutions such as Bancassurance/ Takaful, cash management solutions and etc. * Proactively managing all action plans to grow new relationship, retaining and deepening existing high value customer portfolio * Consistently analyze/ review customers/ team members portfolio in order to be able to continuously identify opportunities for banking solution upselling and cross selling initiatives * Build and maintain customer relationship to ensure desirable customer experience and satisfaction
