Minimum of 2+ years of related experience, awareness of Flex technologies/ techniques, functional and process knowledge, participates in process, high level of competency related to function, advanced technical skills, serves as a consultant in manufacturing line skills with other employees, broad knowledge of manufacturing line techniques, Ability to read and comprehend and interpret moderately complex instructions, Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, and supervisors of the organization

What You'll Do.

Complies with local warehousing
and shipping requirements by studying existing and new enforcing adherence to advising management on needed actions
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts
reconciling with data storage system
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design inspecting issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual scheduling analyzing initiating corrective actions
Monitors volume of business and defines appropriate work schedule
Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met
Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment
Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture
Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce expenses
Coordinate floor cycle counts
and reconciling records
