Eligibility Requirements

drug screen, background checks, frequent standing and walking, lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently, works in a warehouse/production environment, works near moving mechanical parts, noise level in the work environment is usually loud, exposure to the manufacturing areas where certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment, occasionally lift and/or move anywhere from 10 to 50 pounds

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School diploma or equivalent required, Demonstrated leadership skills required, Five (5) years manufacturing experience, Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports, Basic math skills, Sufficient Manual dexterity to operate machines properly, Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and visually inspect parts products, Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing and walking, Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently

What You'll Do.

Audit/verify process control documents for completion and accuracy

Enforce all organizational initiatives

to include safety and quality policies

Coordinate training activities and audit effectiveness

Troubleshoot process issues as a means of mitigating downtime

Ensure production areas are safe

Coordinate changeover activities and audit for accuracy and accountability purposes

support production goals and timetables

Ensures the following: Utilizing knowledge of ISO14001 & TS16949 ensures all associates follow procedures and work instructions

and down time reports are completed properly and timely

Product and/or component dimensions are checked via in-process inspection check sheets with use of various indicators and gauges as described in procedures or work instructions

Equipment is monitored for unusual sounds

movements or appearance that may indicate problems

Monitors changing of simple parts and fixtures to facilitate changeover of product types

Visually and manually check for defects in product or workmanship

Accuracy of recording of process equipment settings and conditions using equipment verification check sheets
