What You'll Do.
Overseeing and driving the performance of a team of Account Executives managing Talabat’s longtail restaurant portfolio
Ensure the successful engagement
and retention of accounts through high-impact coaching

and operational execution
Embedding self-serve capabilities across the portfolio and driving adherence to internal processes and KPIs
and develop a team of Account Executives to deliver on portfolio-level targets
and vendor satisfaction
Monitor team performance and pipeline activities through regular reporting and provide strategic guidance to drive performance improvement and operational efficiency
Act as an escalation point and advisor for complex partner situations
supporting Account Executives in unlocking growth and resolving critical issues
Drive the adoption of self-serve capabilities among long-tail accounts by ensuring the team is consistently educating partners on the Vendor Portal
Ensure team alignment with Talabat’s commercial priorities and frameworks

The PST Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of a team of Account Executives managing Talabat’s longtail restaurant portfolio. This role will ensure the successful engagement, growth, and retention of accounts through high-impact coaching, performance management, and operational execution.
