You’ll be at the center of enabling fast, secure, and frictionless product development—making it easy for teams to build the right thing, the right way. - in other words, you will be shaping how +270 developers build software at scale This is a leadership role with real impact: you’ll define how we build software across the company while growing a high-performing, international team (Denmark, Germany, Poland). Your Mission Make product, project, and support teams highly effective by removing complexity and enabling seamless software development and operations. You’ll lead a global team of engineers, set clear direction, and drive a strong platform mindset across the organization. You report to the Global Head of Platform and work closely with a small leadership team shaping BEUMER’s future software ecosystem. Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of 8–12 engineers * Own the platform roadmap and execution of it as the Technical Product Owner * Deliver a frictionless, self-service developer experience * Embed security, compliance, and best practices into the platform by default * Leverage AI to enhance developer productivity and platform capabilities * Drive adoption and alignment with architecture and platform strategy What You Bring We expect you to have a bachelor or master within computer science or a related field and proven experience in leading a software engineering team, either formally or informally and to have a strong grasp of modern development (DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native, security) You also have: * Experience applying AI/automation to improve developer workflows or platforms * The ability to connect technology, product, and people * Strong stakeholder management in
