What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, At least 3 years in a team leadership or supervisory role, Proven track record of successfully acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking industry in Hong Kong, Holder of relevant HKMA/SFC licenses (Type 1, 4 regulated activities), Holder of ECF on Private Wealth Management (PWM) accredited by Private Wealth

Nice to Have

MBA or CFA designation is a plus

Implement strategies to increase assets under management (AUM)

Acquire relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families

Understand client financial needs

Provide wealth management solutions

Advise clients on financial products

Advise clients on financial services

Ensure adherence to internal policies

Ensure adherence to compliance regulations

Ensure adherence to external regulatory requirements

Monitor market trends

Monitor economic conditions

Monitor competitor activities

Identify new business opportunities

Refine client strategies

Prepare performance reports

Present performance reports to senior management
