Lead and manage Rider Quality Support staff
Uphold rider quality standards
Assess rider appearance
Investigate quality-related issues
Partner with Operations teams to implement corrective actions
and report on rider quality KPIs
Drive continuous improvement
Maintain audit records
Maintain evidence logs
Ensure timely resolution of quality cases within agreed
Collaborate with Training
Deliver targeted coaching and quality improvement initiatives
Oversee Rider Quality Support staff’s assets
and bike compliance standards
and actionable insights
Support data-driven decision-making
Utilize AI and automation tools
and process efficiency
Champion initiatives that improve rider experience
Champion initiatives that improve customer satisfaction
