Nice to Have
Ideally as a Chemist, Biochemist, Process Engineer, or Materials Scientist, Empathetic style, Genuine passion for coaching and empowering a diverse team in a production environment
What You'll Do.
Manage team’s training matrix
Take responsibility for SHE roles
Implement risk reduction measures
Ensure compliance with GMP
Translate S&C Operations Strategy
Optimize manufacturing and personnel costs
Ensure supply according to resource planning
Optimize the production plan
Assume technical responsibility for compounding
Lead the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with respective Team Leaders (Peers); Interface to departments like Supply Chain, R&D, and MSAT; Member of the S&C Manufacturing Rotkreuz Leadership Team
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills; Ability to represent the department’s interests effectively
