Must Have

5+ years of experience leading or managing technical, engineering, or global customer support teams, Expert knowledge of enterprise applications (e. g. EDMS, LMS, SAP), Experience operating in highly regulated environments (e. g. Diagnostics, Pharma, Finance, Automotive), Education or experience in Agentic AI, automation, or AI prompt engineering, Expert fluency in English

Nice to Have

German language skills are a plus
