What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role, 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry, 1+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary technical teams, understanding of the product discovery and development lifecycle, Familiarity with GxP, FAIR data principles, insights generation, data privacy regulations (GDPR), Understanding of modern software architecture (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloud platforms), Ability to translate high-level business and scientific goals into a concrete product vision and roadmap, communication and influencing skills, Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team and foster a collaborative environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with data science and AI/ML concepts is a major plus
