This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving delivery performance, and staying close enough to the work to provide hands-on support when needed. The role is designed around a clear balance of 70% people leadership and delivery oversight, and 30% individual contribution through selected consulting, escalation support, and key project involvement.
