What You'll Do.
Foster a safe work environment
Conduct Gemba/safety walks
Set up line for Production
Operate equipment as needed
Ensure labor efficiency
Escalate staffing shortages
Support supervisors in hiring
Interview new employees
Onboard new employees
Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams
Participate in Project Teams
Participate in Safety Teams
Participate in Lean Initiatives
Participate in Value Stream led activities
Participate in defect prevention programs
Review batch documentation
Perform preventative maintenance tasks
Update electronic records
Perform scheduled quality checks
Take appropriate action
Stop production if necessary
Assist in leading tier meetings
Review production goals
Lead troubleshooting activities
Escalate troubleshooting activities
Resolve root cause of non-conforming processes
Communicate with outgoing shift personnel
Obtain information regarding problems
Investigate inefficiency in value stream performance
