Must Have
BSc in IT, Computer Science or related field, 7 years deep operational understanding of Finacle Core Banking, Expert-level ability to read and debug Java code, Experience with Terraform/Ansible for environment automation, Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ for message-queue monitoring
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Professional certification such as ITIL Foundation, Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJP), Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Microsoft Certified Professional and Developer (MCP, MCSD)
What You'll Do.
Oversee L2/L3 support operations
Bridge gap between Finacle Core Banking and service
Ensure zero-downtime operations
Lead rapid incident response
Perform deep-dive root cause analysis
Collaborate with Finacle Core team
Resolve complex integration bottlenecks
Serve as technical point of escalation for integration
Coordinate with Core Banking team
Troubleshoot data discrepancies
Troubleshoot connectivity drops
Troubleshoot API failures
Lead response to high-priority production incidents
Ensure clear communication with stakeholders
Drive team toward rapid service restoration
Monitor stability of OpenShift and servers
Ensure optimal performance of middleware services
Drive strategy for advanced alerting and logging
Ensure support teams are alerted to anomalies
Achieve average MTTR of 98% success rate
