What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years retail pharmacy experience
Nice to Have
Specialty pharmacy experience preferred, Knowledge of Kroll Pharmacy Software is an asset
What You'll Do.
Provide guidance and instruction to team
Oversee progress toward daily goals
and interact with staff
Oversee operational activities
Provide metric based updates to Supervisor
Support Supervisor with policy development
Act in accordance with Pharmacy policies
Review and analyze reports
Confer with Manager/Supervisor for planning
Support identification of risk incidents
Support investigation of quality issues
Act as escalation point for workflows
Provide feedback to Supervisor
Identify staff non-adherence to policies
Analyze Workforce Management statistics
Analyze attendance statistics
Analyze activity metrics
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
Identify education required for staff
Work at least one closing shift per week
Work weekends as required
