Lead and manage a team of professionals
Serve as the main point of contact for in-country executives
Identify new areas where executive support is needed
Coach and mentor the team in best practices
Develop and implement standardized processes
Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows
Ensure accurate and timely capture of all activities
Analyze data and prepare reports
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends
Foster a positive and supportive team culture
Conduct regular performance assessments
Coordinate coverage for annual and unplanned leave
Act as an escalation point for complex issues
Advocate for resources and tools needed
Foster relationships with internal stakeholders
Participate in hiring and onboarding processes
Continuously monitor and assess team performance
