What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field, 10+ years of engineering experience in machine or robot application software development, Experience with the V-model (requirements, design, coding, integration, testing) is required
Nice to Have
Proven experience in embedded software or firmware development is a plus, Familiarity with MATLAB or ROS2 is highly desirable, Leadership experience in managing teams or projects is greatly valued
What You'll Do.
Lead and inspire a cross-functional software team to develop high-quality applications for our autonomous shuttles
Define and execute the strategic vision and short-term priorities for the software development lifecycle
and maintain the application software architecture
Contribute to the definition of the shuttle controls strategy
integrating cutting-edge robotics and automation technologies
Prioritize and manage project tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality
balancing innovation with practical execution
Build and optimize the software release process and CI/CD pipeline to streamline development and deployment
Support software and product testing
working alongside QA teams and product experts to ensure robust
user-centric solutions
Drive the creation of clear
comprehensive software product documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance
