Get to Know the Team GrabMart, an online delivery service, is looking for a dynamic Senior Merchant Acquisition and Sales Operations to join our team in Bangkok. You will drive end-to-end GrabMart's merchant acquisition while optimizing merchant operations to ensure scalable growth. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Strategic Acquisition and Execution * Identify strategic merchant gaps and categories needed to enhance GrabMart's supply coverage and quality to align with vertical growth targets. * Manage the end-to-end retail acquisition, from identifying prospects to successful contract signage. Sales & Partnership Negotiation: * Deliver clear, presentations that persuade merchants to partner with GrabMart. * Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, with a focus on long-term partnership growth and sustainable profitability for both parties. * Develop customized partnership proposals that address the needs and goals of each merchant. Acquisition Optimization and Operations: * Improve and standardize the onboarding structure and processes to provide a high-quality, efficient, and scalable activation pipeline across diverse merchant categories. * Collaborate with company partners to ensure new merchants are activated and transition smoothly from acquisition to daily management. * Implement and maintain a tracking system for merchant acquisition metrics.
