What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with exposure to Foreign Exchange markets, Interest Rates, Cash / Liquidity Management, and Risk Management.

Nice to Have

CFA & FRM Certification preferred, Familiarity with using multiple systems is a plus

What You'll Do.

Identifying FX exposure

Devising hedging strategy

and mitigating FX and interest rate risks

Overseeing related FX settlement activities

Liaising with Traders

Operations and Deals Desk in identifying FX risks

Understanding FX exposure and currency regulations

Designing hedging strategies for new geographies / business lines

Executing FX trades with internal broker

Monitoring markets for events

opportunities and early sign of distress

Allocating the hedge P&L to each underlying exposure

Liaising with Derivatives Back Office in order to agree daily settlements and resolve discrepancies

Managing account liquidity in foreign currency

Minimizing exposure and costs connected with interest rates and overdrafts

Supporting reconciliation related to FX

Development of FX systems to improve current process

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Constant interaction with commercial traders, deals desk and operators; Liaise with Traders, Operations and Deals Desk; Liaise with Derivatives Back Office; Work with Treasury

Communication Scope

Excellent English communication skills
