What You'll Do.
Handle shift-wise responsibilities
Prepare deployment plan
Clear Ex-SD's on time
Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly reports
Drive Safety and 5s/AO
Conduct daily training
Conduct daily skill huddles
Provide Quality Feedback to associates
Stand-in for Process Associate
Stand-in for Area Manager
Review work forecasts
Determine productivity requirements
Partner with other Area Managers
Support safety programs
Ensure OSHA compliance
Identify process improvement initiatives
Lead process improvement initiatives
Address associate needs
