This is followed by packing of the shipment units in specific process paths using the recommended carton/box/paper mailers along with p-slip and then it is slammed where shipment label is affixed to the shipment. Thereafter it is sent to FC Dock for shipping it from FC to Sort Centre (SC)/Last Mile (LM). A day in the life Handle shift-wise reposnsibilities, preparing deployment plan and doing HC allocation, clearing Ex-SD's on time. · Prepare and publish daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on productivity and quality · Driving Safety and 5s/AO in · Conduct daily training and also will be responsible to conduct daily skill huddles · Quality Feedback to associates · Stand-in for Process Associate and the Area Manager Skills required: · Knowledge of problem solve tools · Good in people management and handling the larger team , ensure to deliver the shift level metrics and data analytics · Proficiency in MS Excel ( knowledge of macros an added advantage) About the team At FCD, we are currently a team of 3 Area Managers, 6 Team Leads and 6 Process Assistants.
