20+ years enterprise technology experience, 10+ years leading outsourced teams, 10+ years managing vendor relationships, 10+ years executive presentations, 10+ years technical project leadership, 10+ years data integration, 10+ years data quality, 10+ years SDLC practices, 10+ years IT security governance, 10+ years IT compliance initiatives, 10+ years IT service management, 10+ years ITIL-based operations, 10+ years large-scale production support, PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, Oracle Database 11g or higher, 5+ years enterprise reporting frameworks, Experience supporting large user populations

Experience implementing software management best practices, Experience implementing hardware management best practices, Supported legacy statewide financial systems, Participated in enterprise modernization initiatives, Developed technical specifications for procurements, Developed requirements for procurements, Experience with enterprise governance, Experience with strategic planning, Experience with large-scale reporting environments, Experience with public-sector financial systems

What You'll Do.

Lead enterprise technology operations

Develop strategic technology roadmaps

Maintain strategic technology roadmaps

Align technical initiatives with business objectives

Provide executive guidance on modernization

Provide executive guidance on operational improvements

Provide executive guidance on risk management

Oversee outsourced technical teams

Oversee managed service providers

Ensure contractual obligations are met

Ensure service-level expectations are met

Ensure operational performance standards are met

Coordinate cross-functional teams

Provide leadership for enterprise application environments

Support governance activities

Partner with stakeholders to evaluate solutions

Improve operational efficiencies

Ensure long-term sustainability
