Must Have

Demonstrated experience within Workers Compensation, Previous leadership or team management experience, understanding of dispute management and claims processes, Ability to manage competing priorities and support escalations effectively, Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, coaching and people leadership capability, Ability to interpret legislation, policy and business procedures, A proactive mindset with a focus on customer outcomes and continuous improvement
