As Team Lead Digital Workplace, you will own the end-user technology experience for roughly 3,800 associates across 50+ countries, from device lifecycle and productivity tools to collaboration platforms and self-service automation. You report to the Head of IT Platforms and are part of the IT Platforms leadership team. This role combines technical depth with service management leadership. You will modernize how Keenfinity's workforce is equipped, supported, and enabled, driving a shift from manual, ticket-heavy operations toward automation and self-service. You will also govern the relationship with the managed service provider responsible for end-user services, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
