You will build and inspire a team of Process Managers dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to lead a digital and cultural transformation, fostering a high-performance environment where agile mindsets drive better outcomes for patients. Empower and Grow Talent: Coach and mentor a team of six Process Managers, focusing on their technical growth, strategic thinking, and long-term career journeys. Champion Process Governance: Lead the optimization of critical system, software, and assay projects across Risk, Requirements, Configuration, Defect Management and Verification & Validation. Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure all development documentation meets rigorous global regulatory standards (such as ISO 13485) while championing radical simplification. Foster Global Collaboration: Act as a key bridge between Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless information flow and project success. Model Agile Leadership: Serve as a catalyst for cultural change by encouraging experimentation, trust, and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed organization.
