What You'll Do.
Support daily operations
Monitor daily metrics
Trigger field support
Roll out new processes
Run central control centres
Monitor site functioning via call
Monitor site functioning via email
Coordinate with field executives
Liaise between field executives and agencies
Liaise between sellers and agencies
Respond to associate queries
Provide education to associates
Achieve first contact resolution
Drive efficiency through observations
Serve as first point of contact for escalations
Serve as first point of contact for ANDON
Conduct weekly audit on seller cases
Conduct weekly audit on associate activities
Provide coaching to improve performance
Liaise with partner teams for contingency
Liaise with partner teams for holiday planning
