Your role: The Information Security Team Lead for the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) leads a team of Cyber Security Specialists and serves as the primary escalation point for security events and incidents. You will provide technical expertise, oversee front-line defense activities, and drive continuous improvement of CSOC processes and tools in collaboration with the Cyber Engineering team. Your responsibilities: Lead daily CSOC operations, mentoring analysts through security investigations, incident response, and complex escalations. Coordinate shift handovers and ensure documentation and continuity across global CSOC operations. Operate, monitor, and optimize security tools including SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, threat intel, and vulnerability management platforms.
