This includes managing the team, ensuring efficient operations, handling people management tasks, and cultivating relationships with stakeholders and customers. The role demands a combination of payment expertise and leadership competencies to drive the team's performance and meet organizational standards and objectives. **Your Opportunity** **Team Coordination and Management:** * Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities in payment processing and related tasks * Perform people management activities, including onboarding, offboarding, training, and development of team members * Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration * Provide functional expertise and guidance to the team, sharing knowledge and best practices **Payment Processing Activities:** * Oversee the regional processing of payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies * Monitor payment-related KPIs, quality, and budget adherence * Track performance, compliance, costs, and deviations in payment processes * Actively participate in the day-to-day operations of payment processing **Stakeholder and Relationship Management:** * Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfacti
