8+ years Client Success experience, 8+ years Client Service/Support experience, 8+ years Account Management experience, Prior people-management experience, Player/coach readiness, Understanding of commercial loan process, Understanding of Asset Financing, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Previous experience in financial technology services, Ability to articulate business value, Knowledge of financial technology industry, Knowledge of financial technology products, Strong analytical skills, Strong communication/presentation skills, Strong leadership skills, Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
